What to do to lose weight quickly

Exercise should be done daily.

Eat low calorie diet to lose weight.

Drink lemon juice and honey in a glass of water every day in the morning.

Eat only when you are hungry.

In the evening sups or food made of sticks and samalu should be taken.

Fruits and cider should be taken regularly. Eating cabbage in the form of salad can reduce weight

Drink 1 glass of coconut water with lemon juice before going to bed. 

Exercise should be done for one hour in the morning, if not possible then walk for one hour.
